OV Loop created the only unified wallet and point-of-sale platform managed by a Super App with omni-channel, 1-tap convenience, loyalty, and comprehensive privacy.

They solve fragmented and high-friction commerce interactions that result in fraud and poor customer experiences. Their goal is not only to be a universal wallet, but also to empower people with protection and credibility for their digital credentials.

We worked with OV Loop to develop a brand and platform built on customer independence and community, one that promoted efficiency and trust. The result was a collaboration that made it easier for people and businesses to seamlessly interact and transact everywhere, without complicated POS changes.

Our design factored in the multitude of OV Loop’s offerings for both people and brands, and therefore the UI needed to be both clear and detailed. We highlighted their diverse selection of products – everything from rewards systems to chat services – through straightforward navigation.

Our tone for brands interested in the commerce community offered à la carte selection of features, creating a unique VIP Loop to improve customer experience and loyalty.

For individuals, targeting their desire for community and shared passions, we expressed the ease and confidentiality of storing private information through the OV Loop App. Our bold, community-oriented design instantly makes visitors want to be “in the loop.”
